Eligibility:

1. The giveaway is open to legal residents of the Bay Area, California, aged 18 years or older.
2. Employees of Hilltop Builders and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements:

1. Follow @HilltopBuilders on Instagram.
2. Like the giveaway post.
3. Tag 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
4. Share the giveaway post on your Instagram story and tag @HilltopBuilders.

Prize Details:

1. The winner will receive a bathroom remodeling service provided by Hilltop Builders.
2. The remodeling includes upgrades to existing electrical and plumbing systems and the installation of new finished materials.
3.  The total cost of the finished materials must not exceed $3,000.
4.  The remodeling will not include the installation of a shower glass enclosure.
5.  The bathroom size must not exceed 150 square feet.
6.  No layout changes will be made; the remodeling will be like-for-like.
7. The project will include permits and city inspections. Hilltop Builders will obtain the permits and handle all city inspections. The winner is responsible for paying the permit fees.
8. The giveaway bathroom must be on the first floor, and the winner must be the homeowner (rentals are not included).
9. The project will begin upon completion of a home improvement agreement and an agreed-upon scope of work, with no payment required from the winner.

Duration:

• The promotion will run from July 4 to July 31. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM PST on July 31.

Winner Selection:

1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using Gleam.io.

2. The winner will be announced on August 01, via Hilltop Builders’ Instagram account.

Conditions:

1. The winner must agree to allow Hilltop Builders to document the remodeling process and share updates on social media.
2. The remodeling project must be scheduled and completed within 6 months of the winner announcement.
3.  The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
4.  The winner is responsible for any permits or additional costs not covered by the terms of the giveaway.

Exclusions:

1. Structural changes or modifications are not included.
2. Any required permits or inspections are the responsibility of the winner.
3. Additional work or materials requested by the winner beyond the $5,000 limit will incur additional costs, payable by the winner.
4. Demolition of existing structures beyond normal bathroom fixtures is not included.
5.  Asbestos removal or any other environmental hazards are excluded and are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Hilltop Builders is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside its control, such as supplier delays or weather conditions.

Disqualification:

• Hilltop Builders reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with the entry requirements or engages in fraudulent activity.

Liability:ֿ

1. Hilltop Builders is not responsible for any technical issues or problems that may arise during the promotion.
2. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Hilltop Builders from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
